Given the reports received by us and our online education peer institutions regarding inappropriate behavior by parents towards minor students during class, we are deeply concerned. We hereby clearly and firmly convey our position to you by formulating and submitting this policy as follows:

IvyExpert adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse or violent behavior committed by parents against students during classes on the IvyExpert platform, including intimidation, threats, insults, or physical assault.

Any suspected inappropriate behavior by a parent during a class session will be promptly reported by the teacher to the platform supervisor as a student safety incident. If the teacher or supervisor determines that any of the following three situations has occurred, the session will be immediately terminated:

If a class session ends prematurely due to the reasons mentioned above, and this is confirmed through a review of the session video, the tutoring services for that class will be considered as delivered for the account.

If any of the above-described behavioral incidents are reported and subsequently verified through audio or video records, IvyExpert will assess the severity of the harm caused to the children involved, the impact on the instructional progress, and any further consequences (such as the withdrawal of other students or claims of psychological harm). Based on this assessment, IvyExpert reserves the right to take appropriate action against the student account, including but not limited to suspending tutoring services, permanently terminating services, or cooperating with relevant investigations or law enforcement by providing access to session recordings if necessary.
